FreshMynds AI Private Limited (“FreshMynds AI”, “we”, “us”) operates freshmyndsai.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applies to visitors from all regions we serve.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact or demo-request form we collect your name, work email, company or institution, role, fleet size or student intake, demo preferences, and any message you write.
• Documents you choose to share. If you send us sample documents for a demo, we use them only to prepare and deliver that demo. We do not use them to train models for other customers, and we delete them on request.
• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type. GA4 is configured with IP anonymisation. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
• Cookies. The site uses only the cookies required for analytics described above. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule the demo you requested.
• To follow up on that conversation — you can ask us to stop at any time.
• To understand website usage in aggregate and improve the site.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers who run our infrastructure (website hosting, email, customer-relationship management), each bound to process it only on our instructions.

Where your data lives

Form submissions are delivered to our email and customer-relationship system. Some providers may process data outside India; we choose providers with recognised security practices and contractual data-protection commitments.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as the conversation is live and up to 24 months after last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Demo documents are deleted after the engagement concludes, or immediately on request.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to further contact. Write to hello@freshmyndsai.com with the subject “Data request” and we will respond within one business day and resolve the request within 30 days.
