Mynd Copilot

Every manual, one question away

Mynd Copilot is trained on your SOPs, policies, technical manuals, and SMS documentation — and answers in plain language with the exact source cited. If it cannot cite, it says so.

The problem

The answer exists. It is in the SMS, or the operations manual, or a circular from 2021 — somewhere in thousands of pages. So people ask whoever has been there longest, and new joiners wait weeks to become useful.

Generic chatbots make this worse, not better: confident answers with no source are a liability in work that gets audited.

How it works

  1. 01

    Ingest

Your documents — SOPs, manuals, policies, circulars — ingested into a private index. Thousands of documents, kept current by uploading the new version.

  2. 02

    Ask

Anyone asks in plain language, in the language of the work.

  3. 03

    Answer, cited

The copilot answers from your documents only, citing the exact paragraph. One click opens the source.

  4. 04

    Learn the boundaries

When the documents do not contain the answer, it says so — no confident guessing.

What you get

  • Cited answers from your own document base — never the open internet
  • Role-based access — crew, office, and management see what they should
  • Faster onboarding for new joiners and new promotees
  • Usage analytics: what people ask reveals what documentation is missing
  • Private deployment: your index, your infrastructure

Common questions

How is this different from ChatGPT?
Three ways: it answers only from your documents, every answer carries a citation you can open, and it runs in your infrastructure. A general assistant does none of these.
What if the documents contradict each other?
The copilot surfaces both sources and says they differ — which is itself information your document controllers want.
How much work is ingestion?
You provide the documents; ingestion, structuring, and testing happen during implementation. A first corpus is typically answering within the proof-of-concept window.
