Mynd Fleet + Mynd Copilot

Maintenance that warns you first

Deficiencies, repairs, and running hours in one system, analysed for what fails next — and a copilot that hands the engineer the maker's procedure, cited to the page, when something does.

The problem

Maintenance history lives in registers, spreadsheets, and the chief engineer's memory. Failures repeat across sister vessels because no one can see the pattern. Repairs happen when things break — at sea, at the worst price.

And when something breaks at 3 a.m., the answer is in a 900-page manual in the ship's office, found by flashlight and experience.

How it works

  1. 01

    Record

Deficiencies, repairs, and maintenance activity captured in one cloud-based system, accessible from ship and shore.

  2. 02

    Analyse

Equipment age, running hours, and failure history analysed for patterns — recurring issues by equipment type, vessel class, or maker.

  3. 03

    Predict

Alerts before likely failures, so parts and yard time are planned instead of emergency-priced.

  4. 04

    Assist

Mynd Copilot answers troubleshooting questions from the maker's manuals and your fleet's repair history — with photos attached if needed, and every answer cited.

What you get

  • One maintenance record across ship and shore
  • Predictive alerts ahead of likely equipment failure
  • Fleet-wide failure pattern analysis by equipment, class, and maker
  • Cited troubleshooting answers from manuals and repair history
  • Complete component history — faster Class survey and PSC preparation

Common questions

Do we need new sensors on board?
No. The platform starts from the data you already record — running hours, deficiency reports, maintenance logs. Sensor feeds can be added later if you have them.
Can the crew use the copilot offline?
Deployment options include shipboard installation so the copilot works within the vessel's connectivity constraints. We scope this per fleet.
How does it know our equipment?
Your maker's manuals, drawings, and repair history are ingested during implementation. Answers cite those documents — it does not answer from the open internet.
